Developed a turnkey solution approach that helped Endo Pharmaceuticals move through the process with maximum efficiency, including weekly process meetings, integration of designers and project managers. Created a design concept using primarily rental components from Visual inventory which allowed for a custom look with a lower price point. Promoted cross selling by increasing locational awareness of each division through the space
